Today was our last day so we had to say goodbye to our exchange partners, most of us didn’t want to leave them! Anyway we left Midhurst at 8am after one last picture and went to Hampton Court Palace on a bright sunny day (for a change!). There we visited the huge kitchen, the gardens, Henry VIII’s apartments, the queen’s apartments and we even went through the maze! Afterwards, we left to go to Windsor. Runnymede (where King John signed Magna Carta) was on our way, so we stopped there for a few minutes. Once we arrived at Windsor, we did a treasure hunt followed by some shopping. Once we were done, we headed to Portsmouth to have burgers for dinner at the bottom of the Spinnaker Tower (Portsmouth emblem), we walked to the ferry and boarded it. It was a very eventful day and we hope the sea is calm tonight so that we can get some sleep. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd’hui \u00e9tait notre dernier jour et nous avons d\u00fb dire au revoir \u00e0 nos correspondants, la plupart d’entre nous ne voulaient pas partir ! Cependant nous avons quitt\u00e9 Midhurst \u00e0 8h et nous avons pris la route pour Hampton Court sous le soleil (pour une fois !) L\u00e0-bas nous avons visit\u00e9 l’\u00e9norme cuisine, les jardins, les appartements de Henry VIII, les appartements de la Reine et nous avons m\u00eame travers\u00e9 le labyrinthe ! Ensuite nous sommes partis \u00e0 Windsor. Runnymede (o\u00f9 le Roi John a sign\u00e9 Magna Carta) \u00e9tait sur le chemin, alors nous nous y sommes arr\u00eat\u00e9s quelques minutes. Une fois arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 Windsor, nous avons fait une chasse au tr\u00e9sor, suivie de shopping. Nous sommes ensuite all\u00e9s \u00e0 Portsmouth pour manger des burgers au d\u00eener, au pied de la Tour Spinnaker, embl\u00e8me de Portsmouth, nous avons march\u00e9 jusqu’au ferry et embarqu\u00e9. Ce fut une journ\u00e9e tr\u00e8s mouvement\u00e9e et riche et nous esp2rons que la mer sera calme ce soir pour que nous puissions dormir un peu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
