Today after a three-hour journey on the coach, we arrived at Ouistr\u00e9ham car ferries at 7 am. After a short break and customs check, we boarded the ferry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our teachers gave us information. Then we had some free time aboard the ferry to enjoy video games, walk on the deck, but two of us were seasick because the sea was rough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We arrived in Portsmouth and went through customs again, before leaving for Guildford. We arrived there at 4 pm and visited the beautiful cobbled streets lined with shops. After visiting the garden of the castle, we went to the bank and Marks and Spencer shop to exchange money, then finished the afternoon in a department store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We finally left at 5.30 pm to join our host families at the meeting point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s 2 heures et demi de bus, nous sommes arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 la gare maritime de Ouistr\u00e9ham. Apr\u00e8s une petite pause et le passage \u00e0 la douane, nous sommes mont\u00e9s \u00e0 bord du ferry. Les professeurs nous ont donn\u00e9 des informations, puis nous avons pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’un quartier libre pour d\u00e9couvrir les jeux, les diff\u00e9rents ponts et les boutiques. La mer \u00e9tait agit\u00e9e et 2 \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont eu le mal de mer, mais le voyage s’est tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9 dans l’ensemble. A Portsmouth, nous avons repass\u00e9 la douane et repris le car pour Guildford. Nous y sommes arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 16h et nous avons visit\u00e9 les belles rues pav\u00e9es bord\u00e9es de boutiques. Apr\u00e8s la visite du jardin du ch\u00e2teau, nous sommes pass\u00e9s \u00e0 la banque et chez Marks and Spencer pour changer notre argent. Nous sommes finalement partis \u00e0 17h30 pour rejoindre les familles au point de rendez-vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
